Common Rail injectors are an integral part of the high-pressure system. They feed fuel into the combustion chamber of the individual cylinders that they received from the injection pump. There are two main construction designs of Common Rail injectors - electromagnetic (solenoid) or piezoelectric. We remanufacture the injectors using only new original spare parts and follow the rigorous procedures specified by the respective injector manufacturers to ensure reliable functionality of the whole assembly.

Pump - Nozzle PDE / UIS is a combined injection unit, also known as pump - nozzle system. This is a method of realizing hydraulic piston injection of liquid fuel for diesel engines. The injection pump and the injection nozzle form a unit. The remanufactured injection unit is mounted directly into the cylinder head, where it is located in the cradle. Professionally reconditioned alternators are a quality, affordable replacement that is ideal for most current motor vehicles. Reconditioned alternators use high quality bearings with high temperature grease and double lip rubber seals. The rotors and stators are electronically tested and then sealed with a secondary insulating coating. Reconditioning of alternators is standard industry practice, which includes dismantling existing units and replacing components most prone to wear with new ones.

Professionally reconditioned starters are the ideal high-quality replacement for any vehicle. Our starters have new oil-impregnated sintered bronze housings. Electromagnetic contacts are also new, with copper terminals and metallized hardware. Starter reconditioning is standard industry practice which involves disassembling existing units and replacing components most prone to wear and failure with new ones. The dual mass flywheel is a special type of flywheel. The flywheel is a part driven by the crankshaft that stores the kinetic energy of the engine. During engine operation, the compression cycle would tend to greatly slow down the piston stroke. It is the inertia provided by the flywheel that helps counteract this slowdown and achieve a much smoother engine operation.

Different manufacturers use different methods to reduce nitrogen emissions. One option for this reduction is to add urea, which is first converted to ammonia in a selective catalyst and then converted to solid particles and carbon dioxide. Cars with such a system have a urea tank and an appropriate dosing module, which then dispenses the additives into the exhaust stream. Control of this module is handled by the engine control unit.

Brake calipers are part of every passenger car or truck and are responsible for our safety. Due to the high strain of the calipers and their location where they have to face numerous impurities, their failure is very likely When remanufacturing these parts, it is important to re-examinate the remanufactured components and to use new components that are necessary for maximum caliper function (piston chamber seal). Consequently, emphasis is placed on braking testing, which is often very strict.
Injection Pumps

Injection pump with a control unit implemented in its construction. Based on the information provided by the engine control unit, the Injection pump control unit manages proper function of all mechanical components, particularly fuel dosing. We exclusively repair Injection pumps with single-connector control units PSG2 or PSG5. Bosch VP pumps with two connectors (the PSG16 type) are currently available either as new or fabrically remanufactured.
EGR Modules
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve is nowadays a part of almost every diesel engine. The EGR valve function allows diesel engine exhaust emissions to be reduced and also reduces fuel consumption. It is a device that returns a measured amount of flue gas back to the engine intake unit and thereby lowers the combustion temperature by reducing the amount of oxygen in the fuel mixture.

The energy of the fluid flowing inside the converter is used to transfer the kinetic energy of the motor. Common rail system is the injection system of the future. Most diesel vehicles produced today are equipped with this system. The system consists of a high-pressure pump, a common rail, and injectors. The rail is a rigid metal part, so maintenance of the pump is only required if it is clogged or the pressure sensor inside damaged. We recondition high pressure pumps from all manufacturers: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental. Each pump is supplied with a calibration protocol from a certified testing station.

Turbocharger is a contraption which supercharges modern engines, both for diesel and petrol engines. It is driven by exhaust gases with a compression ratio between the two turbocharger chambers. The turbocharger increases the pressure of the air entering the engine and thus its specific weight. Therefore, it enables the engine to run at the same speed with a larger amount of fuel while maintaining the same mixture ratio. All our turbos come with a calibration protocol from a certified testing station.
